The personnel was helpful as expected. The a double room room included multi-channel TV, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making facilities, we were happy about that. The breakfast had plenty of good options, and was fine.

A nice size room and particularly GOOD bathroom with a shower, towels and slippers. Continental breakfast, good food, helpful staff.

All in all they offer excellent service. The rooms are huge and beautiful, have down pillows. It has excellent, cooperative staff. The location is excellent and amazing and just next door to train station.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Himalayan Rail station in one direction and the Mall road on the other, the market, and the center. The venue served continental breakfasts.

Excellent and fairly clean place, the rooms are a nice size and huge. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. The location is central, adjacent to trams of cleanliness, Himalayan Rail station in one direction and the Mall road on the other and main shopping area. For lunch or dinner go to Orchid Restaurant, located next to the property.

Our stay at Jai Hotels in Darjeeling was incredible! The location was convenient, just minutes away from the railway station and major attractions. The staff were friendly and courteous, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The complimentary breakfast and food at the restaurant were delicious. it was a wonderful experience with real value for money.

The furniture in the room could be arranged in a more practical way to allow for more space.

The hotel is conveniently located near the popular shopping area and the food served at the hotel is outstanding. the hotel staff is friendly and offered us complimentary breakfast and hot water during fixed hours which was much appreciated on cold winter mornings. it was a delight to enjoy the partial view of the beautiful hill and street below from the spacious and comfortable rooms.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel. there was no parking space available.
